About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client, a leading provider in the Aviation Services industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals who are passionate about making a tangible impact on organizational performance and employee engagement. Operating within a blue-collar aviation services environment, you will serve as a strategic partner to management and frontline employees, utilizing your HR expertise to align business objectives and enhance workforce effectiveness. 

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with senior leadership to devise and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
-Provide HR advisory services to line managers and employees, fostering a collaborative working environment.
-Foster positive employee relations through open communication, conflict resolution, and effective handling of complaints.
-Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
-Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to ensure the continuous availability of skilled talent.
-Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
-Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and create and communicate HR policies.
-Support performance management processes, assisting in developing improvement plans.
-Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and produce insightful reports for management.
-Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values, leading initiatives to boost employee satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification preferred.
-A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role, preferably in manufacturing or aviation.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations strategies.
-Proven experience in recruiting, performance management, and employee engagement.
-Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
