- Ensure accurate invoicing and cost reconciliation with internal accounting.
- Boost profit margins by managing part purchases and repairs efficiently.
- Travel occasionally and work additional hours when required.
- Build strong customer relationships to maintain a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service management experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and work extra hours as needed.
