About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Relocate to Bossier Parish, Louisiana, and manage daily operational workload.
- Develop and execute precision spray processes tailored to client specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to plan and implement projects.
- Analyze metallography test data and adjust parameters to meet performance goals.
- Maintain documentation systems in compliance with AS9100D standards.
- Communicate with Department of Defense and commercial clients to build strong relationships.
- Program and operate robotics for precise spray applications.
- Safely operate machinery while adhering to protective equipment and safety procedures.
- Use power tools and precision measurement equipment for project setup and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required); advanced degree (preferred).
- Knowledge of robotic systems and metallurgy (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of program management experience (strongly preferred).
- Proficient in 3D modeling software.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; CAD/CAM and robotics software skills (plus).
- Strong reasoning and mathematical skills.
- Physically capable and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
