About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and standard practices across the site.
- Manage all internal and external audits; ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports.
- Inspect quality procedures and manage process inspections, including paint inspections.
- Assist with warranty claims and customer responses; contribute to monthly KPI reports.
- Ensure safety by performing regular audits and monitoring workplace health and safety compliance.
- Evaluate environmental compliance through internal audits and support external inspections.
- Train personnel by preparing and delivering ad-hoc toolbox training.
- Communicate management directives and participate in review meetings.
- Champion company values and respond to related operational requests.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong auditing experience, ideally with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Experience in delivering training sessions.
- Manufacturing experience preferred; aviation industry experience a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, confident under pressure, and strong relationship builder.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
