Job Description

A Day In The Life of a Client Services Associate

As the Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for responding to the client’s inquiries and concerns, escalating high-level complaints to the appropriate department, and accurately processing their service requests.

Essential Duties of The Client Services Associate

  • To deliver white glove customer service to our clientele.
  • Input contracts, flight follow, and keep all admin documents up to date.
  • Liaise between sales and flight coordination.
  • Must be able to resolve client concerns and understand client needs.
  • Confident in troubleshooting and have the ability to investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer broker questions or resolve an issue
  • Have the ability to assist both external and internal clients and be able to work within other departments to understand their needs.
  • Must be able to use the phone and the internet to respond to client queries.
  • Must be able to work quickly and accurately and have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others.
  • Need to be genuinely excited about helping clients.
  • Patient, empathetic, and have good communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to foresee issues and communicate with brokers accordingly.
  • Must be able to multi-task
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Aviation knowledge is preferred but not a must, but able to deliver 1st class customer service under pressure
