  1. Position Evaluation TAS worked closely with Triumph Group to understand their specific needs and role requirements. A detailed position specification document was created to guide the recruitment process.
  2. Pre-Screening – Initial Target List Potential candidates were identified based on Triumph Group’s criteria, including research on competitor organizations and similar roles.
  3. Candidate Selection and Presentation Initial interviews were conducted, and progress was reported to Triumph Group. Shortlisted candidates were presented with detailed reports.
  4. Arrange Client Interviews and Feedback TAS coordinated interviews between Triumph Group and selected candidates, collecting and assessing feedback from both parties.
  5. Offer and Acceptance Reference checks were conducted, and offers were negotiated. TAS managed both successful and unsuccessful candidates throughout the process.
