Our Tailored Recruitment Process​

  • Position Evaluation TAS worked closely with GlobalX to understand their specific needs and role requirements. A detailed position specification document was created to guide the recruitment process.
  • Pre-Screening – Initial Target List Potential candidates were identified based on GlobalX’s criteria, including research on competitor organizations and similar roles.
  • Candidate Selection and Presentation Initial interviews were conducted, and progress was reported to GlobalX. Shortlisted candidates were presented with detailed reports.
  • Arrange Client Interviews and Feedback TAS coordinated interviews between GlobalX and selected candidates, collecting and assessing feedback from both parties.
  • Offer and Acceptance Reference checks were conducted, and offers were negotiated. TAS managed both successful and unsuccessful candidates throughout the process.

Outcomes Achieved

Through the recruitment process, TAS successfully filled the Captain positions within the desired timeframe. This had a positive impact on GlobalX’s operations, enabling them to meet their staffing goals and maintain their high standards of safety and service.
