Our Tailored Recruitment Process

a. Position Evaluation TAS worked closely with Airsmart to understand their specific needs and role requirements. A detailed position specification document was created to guide the recruitment process.

b. Pre-Screening – Initial Target List Potential candidates were identified based on Airsmart’s criteria, including leadership experience and soft skills. Research on target companies and similar roles was conducted.

c. Candidate Selection and Presentation Initial interviews were conducted, and progress was reported to Airsmart. Shortlisted candidates were presented with detailed reports.

d. Arrange Client Interviews and Feedback TAS coordinated interviews between Airsmart and selected candidates, collecting and assessing feedback from both parties. The interview process included a virtual prescreen with HR, a virtual or in-person interview with the CFO, and a final in-person interview with the owner.

e. Offer and Acceptance Reference checks were conducted, and offers were negotiated. TAS managed both successful and unsuccessful candidates throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and confidential transition.
